We know that writing a “warning health tip” may have some people look at this and just gloss over. A “whatever” may brew. And that is OK, because we know that happens. But, that will not stop us from ensuring that the truth of the evils of added sugars come out.
It is admirable to say that you will use everything in your willpower to stop having sugar all together in "one shot". And by no means are we saying it is impossible, because we have encountered people that have stopped sugar intake all together “in one shot”. Their fitness, mental, and muscular health improved exponentially. But it is not realistic to think that everyone can do that. A good plan is if you like sweets, plan in your diet (moderately of course), healthy sweet treats. That way you are not stopping a “sugar craving” from “blowing up”.
Set a schedule of weekly reductions until you hit a “sweet spot” of low sugar contents. A “sweet spot” is literally the recommended intake of natural sugars deriving from fruits, vegetables, and proteins. And lastly, you can enjoy a “weekly”, “biweekly”, or “monthly” cheat meal. Sometimes, your body by eating clean and then splurging on a treat occasionally, reacts favorably.
