Coordination – This is similar to Neural Efficiency. It is the ability to link different actions or moving components into one task (i.e. hand-eye coordination is combing visual sensory with muscle control).
Better coordination typically promotes movement efficiency. We say this is analogous to "writing coordination", where similarly one will combine independent clauses to make a compound sentence; here, one will make independent components into one compound movement.
