I believe that all jobs require competence, confidentiality, integrity, and credibility. To be an efficient employee regardless of what field may it be, I believe that it's important for us to have these kinds of qualities because our companies will treasure us if we have these qualities. At the same time, we should work to become even more productive; to learn new things in life. These standards that were set by Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) is just right so that everything wouldn't feel lost.
