2018 Motivence New Year's Message

Walking into a town, we see a tree in the middle of the square. We go to a local and ask, "how did this tree, that looks so different from all other fauna or wildlife, make it here". 

The local turns and smiles, peacefully blinks and sighs. The local says, "this tree you are talking about is the 'Tree of Hope'. Before you even ask why it's called just that, know that this tree provides a whole community with smiles everyday". 

Ok, now it's time to ask the local. "Why the 'Tree of Hope'". 

The local with a smile says, "Back 100 years ago, there was a woman, who planted a seed that came from a far away land. This Lady was called 'Lady Hope'. She told everyone, this will give us direction, whatever season or changes come our ways"; the local pauses and finishes saying, "And here we are 100 years later, still with a growing tree, and a thriving community. All you need to do is plant the seed as early as you can [local points the finger to the tree] and then watch your roots grow".​
