Empowerment In Making The Right Choices and Inspiring a Team

We have grown to choose on where we want to spend our energy, to relay the greatest impact.

What we find interesting is not the actual incentive of a reward or the motivational talks, but the implications of having the capability to influence without authority. It relates to the idea of empowering individuals, encouraging them to achieve a higher standard, and sustaining competitive advantages by leveraging human capital (potentially achieving synergies).

Motivation and rewards typically are given and calculated to have a certain effect, which is why people use it to influence and have ability on outcomes. The continual development of teams and the dynamics of positive relationships are the basis for sustainable successes (all part of our societal interplays of course). Relationship building is the basis, because it builds the right behaviors. And when you get to the crux of it, the right behaviors through positive attitudes can be what makes you or breaks you.

It is unequivocally, for us, the most essential part of success, because performance is contingent on people and the culture they foster. For example, if you look at a true leader, their usage of motivation and rewards are tailored to wanting to build a collaborative commitment from their team, facilitate engagement, and drive strategic thinking forward. Compensation alone does not produce happiness, but a trusting environment that uses every opportunity for growth does yield sustainable excellent work.

Individual successes and team successes are linked. People are not a pawn to a game. They are not a resource for transactions. Let us tread a new path. Let us do it now. Let us remember, that we are all people with principles and ethics, which bind us as equals.

Let us not live in a shackled myth that we use people as a tool to a game, but rather remind ourselves, that we must invest in one another. That we should use tangible resources for collaborative growth.

It is germane to the world we live in today. Investing in people will help produce the right behaviors, enabling the right culture. A positive correlation will breed, in facilitating natural and effective leadership, trust, and high performing teams. That ladies and gentlemen, should be rendered axiomatic.
