This is our introduction.
Our world always has something going on with it. And we think it is time to start articulating that who you are in the business world should be reciprocal to who you are as a person. And that to truly become a "unicorn", or a "fortune" whatever company, or a "thriving" business, you need to connect your human element. The human factor. You must be courageous and comfortable with your skin, then you will see how others will follow. Here at Motivence, we believe in the Human Courage of Business. Implications of "Human Courage", we believe, lies in the natural human heart of humility and the spirit of commitment. Essentially, having the courage of your convictions, and realizing that a leader transcends both intellectual and emotional intelligence. It is more than an IQ score. More than credentials or skills. It is more than the self-awareness and recognition of emotions. More than the self-regulation and management of those emotions. More than the social skills of being able to communicate your emotions. More than the sympathy or empathy of understanding and collaborating with other's emotions. And it is more than the motivation, more specifically the intrinsic motivation or discretionary effort, of getting everyone on the same page. It is the ability to love your mission and purpose in life. The ability to understand that a network is needed. The acceptance of the privilege known as leadership. And knowing that above all else, you never compromise your "journey" by selling yourself, threatening the sustainability via shortcuts, and always reminding yourself that the easiest thing in this world is being a good person.
