HUMAN COURAGE OF BUSINESS - CLAIRVOYANCE

Clairvoyance in the most literal sense, implies that one contains the faculty of perceiving things in the future, beyond a " normal " sensory.

When we are talking about clairvoyance, we are not talking about the professions of card reading or being able to look into a crystal ball. To which we will neither credit or discredit as there exists hard working, tax paying folks who do that for a living. But when we talk about clairvoyance, what we really are referring to is " trusting your gut".

​Being able to tap into your "soul" and the "soul" of others. And we put soul in quotations, because what we are referring to is: 

• Having a heightened perception of the situation you are in;
• Tapping into your wisdom and experience; and
• Having the courage in trusting your gut to predict and make a decision for what is the right outcome.

To be courageous, and attaining the " Human Courage of Business ", you need to know that clairvoyance means to trust your gut, because you have seen it before, you have educated yourself on trends, and you can put your word behind it. It means more than just flattery words.

It means more than just going through the painstaking days of regulation and control checks. It means more than trying to balance the wild west of competition. To be courageous, means more than just trying to overcome the limit of what we can see with our eyes. 

Clairvoyance and courage together is understanding that you have listened to others opinions, you have been able to synthesize all the relevant information, but it also means when you as a leader have the fire in your gut, that you than have the "courage of your convictions" to make the right choice. 

So embrace your clairvoyance. And balance your clairvoyance with wisdom. And that itself allows you to be courageous. ​
