We remember encountering a client who wished to increase his vertical jump. At the time the help was sought after, the vertical jump was ranging close to his peak.
However, we realized that there was room for improvement. We asked, have you build power from you waist, hips, and butt? He said, "No, am I supposed to do". OF COURSE, we said! Then we realized we can help. So we began the following regime, for three months, and from an already impressive 31'' inch vert, he went all the way up to 36''. A lot of it because there was untapped potential because of the lack of power exercising from that region. Now, these aren't the only workouts or focus to achieving your highest vertical jump, however, these are "must do's" in our minds to truly capture your full potential.
