Creatine is a naturally occurring protein that serves as an immediate anaerobic resource of energy. Creatine is produced from our liver, kidneys, and pancreas from the amino acids of arginine, glycine, and methionine. Creatine gets the rep of "bulking", "water retention", and "loading".
