High Frequency With Slow Increases

Assume it is 0 degrees Celsius outside. And you turn on your car, and out of nowhere, you put the pedal to the metal. So, that clearly is not recommended. 

Now when you program your routines and are ready to have this next amazing workout plan that will allow you to hit your goals, remember to slowly increase effort. Small habitual changes will allow to create grand lifestyle changes. But, your body is like the car cliche.

Why do we say that? 

Our bodies are naturally, incredibly efficient. They can also handle things that are extraordinary. But, we are also human. So, build towards your goals. To hit the proverbial 110%, you have to build from 1, right?! 

​Food for thought of course.
