A “Leaky Gut” is as per the name, very representative of what is depicts. Picture your lining or intestinal tract. And there are these holes (very small) that are called junctions. And the junction helps facilitate what gets passed through the lining and intestines into your body.
Think about junctions being wheelbarrows and workers of nutrition within you digestive process – while eliminating waste in the process. When your junctions begin to tear, and the intestines are not as bonded as they should be, then you can have waste or toxins enter your body. And hence, you gut has a leak.
