One of the most common exercises is the triceps cable push down. Common biomechanical errors include flexing at the shoulder when starting, flexing the hips, allowing the humerus (long bone in the upper arm) to abduct (move away from the midline of the body) causing the use of the pecs (or pectoralis major), and extending the shoulders causing to activate your lats (latissimus dorsi).
