Agility – The ability to quickly change direction or generate synchronized rapid movements; higher the agility, higher the body’s quickness.
Agility is often mentioned with Speed. Unlike Speed, Agility is the ability to stop and go, accelerate and decelerate, and effectively, Agility does have a sense of direction. Common or Best Practice Exercises are Hurdle and Cone Drills. And within the top sports, Agility has often been used as differentiation amongst athletes, in conjuction with Speed and Power.
