Clean Eating is “eating simple”. By “simple”, we mean eating foods as close to its “natural” state. For instance, a nut is a nut. The opposite of clean eating is eating food that has been processed. So next time you go and read a food label, and it is either equal to or less than 5 ingredients, you are most likely choosing “clean”. And if you want to begin the journey of more clean eating, reduce the artificial flavors and eat more “whole” foods.
