​Fitness resistance training tries to use strength, endurance, and power principles to help optimize technique. To properly employ the right fitness training, the prescribed order of exercises should be power, strength, anaerobic (hypertrophy), and aerobic. Anaerobic exercises have greater intensities than aerobic requiring more than the O2 energy demands, while accounting for external forces.
