A factor that affects Fitness Components.
Individual Interests is an idea we should be aware of, in referencing fitness. People who have higher quality of lives are more closely linked with people who have interests to higher levels of physical activity. Health related quality of life is the idea that people who use healthy activities to influence everyday tasks, will have a higher measure of life quality. This will have direct implications on the physical and psychological well-being, physical functions, and stress reduction.
