New recent hot ticket for helping treat the symptoms of menopause is this herb called Red Clover. More so, it is said to be most efficacious for hot flashes and night sweats. The caveat about taking the herb is that it is a hard-digestible herb, meaning your body if you take it, won’t optimize the absorption of the nutrients.
