Speed – The ability to move your body over a distance, which depends on neural recruitment and muscle capabilities.
Typically, there is a correlation that with higher levels of activity, there would be a lower rate of speed. Important things to note are (1) Speed is Scalar (meaning it can be measured), (2) Average Speed is taken at a per time ratio, and (3) Speed has no sense of direction.
