So, let us talk about Fitness Goals. And let us assume you have a well defined one at that. You also have short and medium term goals to hit your long term goals. For instance, the common one we get, "I want to dunk a basketball". Well, you can have a medium term goal that implicates your vertical leap number. You can have short-term goals to get leaner, faster, and stronger with milestones. Now. Workout Objectives. Workout Objectives are your tiles. They are your steps. They are the building blocks. What do we mean by this. You wake up and know you are hitting the gym, court, field, or track. Your objectives could revolve around form, reps, sets, intensity levels, and the time for breaks. These are specific objectives, for specific workouts. The axiom of baby steps rings true. So apply that logic with being specific in your workout objectives, because you will realize, you will get closer to your purpose that way. You have goals. Goals build to ambitions.
