We know that writing a “warning health tip” may have some people look at this and just gloss over. A “whatever” may brew. And that is OK, because we know that happens. Sugar with all the effects it causes, can include an addiction to sugar, causing headaches and even potential mood changes. Depression, anxiety disorders, and low perception of self-worth decreases mental health. Studies of physical activity and exercise have suggested that the mental state of a person improves.
