Ways To Boost Your Antioxidants - Antioxidants limit the potentially damaging actions of free radicals that the body creates during metabolism and is extremely important for an individuals immune function. It can help protect from cellular damage created from stress or high-fat diets. With antioxidants, know that colors are your friends (because of the phytonutrients) and when accompanied with healthy fats, antioxidant consumption is more efficient.
